General Functions
1. Ensure and manage the submission of documents for BSL procedures
2. Follow-up to the total conclusion of assigned operations
3. Provide support to internal and external customers
4. Teamwork.
Routine activities.
1. Preparation and shipment of prefile entry for export shipments, with extensive experience in FDA, USDA.
2. Verification of documentation required for export shipments.
3. Carry out TE in-bonds procedures before U.S. Customs.
4. Keep an updated physical and virtual file per operation.
5. Daily monitoring of the crossing of export shipments.
6. To invoice the files in a timely manner.
